A Fond farewell for now
We share with heavy hearts but a bright outlook towards the future that we will be closing our doors on Saturday, April 20th, 2024.
Copas is more than a restaurant, it is an idea. Of community, kindness, integrity, joy, and service. We will remain active at pop ups and festivals, and of course Chef Julio will continue offering catering and curated tasting experiences. Click here to inquire.
